The number of these students is determined at the beginning of each academic year and is updated at the end of each year.
In Uzbekistan's higher education institutions, students are selected based on their unique abilities and opportunities, making it difficult to determine the exact number of talented students. However, each higher education institution typically forms an average of over 30-30-35% talented students.
25(start)"DGS" (Digital Gifted Students) helps aggregate information about gifted students into one system and guide them in the right direction .
The "DGS" platform also uses new interdisciplinary indicator technology to develop the interests and talents of gifted students in all subjects, directing them to talent- appropriate screenings and identifying their interests, strengths, styles and preferences. Through this platform, we aim not only to gather talent, but also to help more and more gifted students work tirelessly in this area, figuring out which area they are highly capable in.
In addition, thanks to the integration of this platform with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, full information about talented students will be available, it will be possible to track how many talented students at a given institution, in which area their talent is at a high level.

    2. The platform will be set up as an open system, and all talented students will be able to enter data of interest through online registration. It will have a flexible interface for all devices (computer, tablet, phone, etc.).

    3. The platform automatically evaluates users’ knowledge and, based on the evaluation results, sends them to scholarships and contests .

    4. An online forum window will be created on the platform, and through this forum users will be able to get answers to their questions and exchange opinions on a particular topic.

Overall, the study emphasizes the importance of integrating digital technologies to enhance institutional services and educational experiences.
