INTRODUCTION (abstract of the dissertation of DSc)
The aim of the research work is to develop practical proposals and recommendations for improving the strategic directions for the sustainable development of the heat power enterprise of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The object of the research work were selected thermal power plants and enterprises of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The scientific novelty of the study lies in the following:
the expediency of using the cogeneration process from the point of view of energy saving with the sustainable development of the electric power industry of the republic and the production of boilers is substantiated;
on the basis of advanced world experience and specifics of thermal energy production in the republic, the energy-economic efficiency of using the trigeneration process (electricity, heat, cooling) using energy sources is substantiated;
according to the energy audit methodology, the organizational and economic role of the mobile energy service group in the organization of the business process and energy saving measures within the framework of the organizational and economic mechanism for improving the efficiency of a manufacturing enterprise is substantiated and a block diagram is presented a mechanism in the field of energy saving is proposed;
an econometric model was developed based on the predictive multiplier for 2023-2027 for the sustainable development of the electric power network of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
under the conditions of stable development of thermal energy production, levels of energy audit (energy audit) are recommended for the share of energy costs of less than 10, up to 15 and more than 15 percent in the total energy supply costs, an enterprise based on economic and technological efficiency.
