The material of the investigation. The concepts and issues were taken from:

  • The research works of many linguists such as Ellis, Witkin, Richards, Rodgers

  • Learning process

  • Dictionaries

Theoretical value of the course paper. The investigation of modern problems of teaching foreign languages in order to study their second language .
Practical value of the course paper. The possibilities to use this investigationare both in theory andin practice of teaching language. The practical side of the investigation can be used as a material for seminars on English methodology.
The structure of the course paper. The course paper consists of introduction, chapter 1, chapter 2, conclusion and bibliography.
CHAPTER.I. THE GENERAL CONCEPTS OF TEACHING FOREIGN LANGUAGES.
1.1 Teachers’ perception of current problems in teaching.

Since students are not interested to learn English, so they will be tired of repeating and practicing the language. If the language is taught by the use of audio and video, then the students will learn it within a short period of time. We should use the specific methods which are from the experiences of teachers in order to motivate the students in learning English.
