Implementation of research results. Based on the results obtained on applied problems of physically nonlinear torsional vibrations of a circular cylindrical elastic shell:
"Menzulatasvirservice" LLC has applied the process of finding maximum radial stresses in sections of a cylindrical shell (pipeline) through which a high-pressure liquid flows. This made it possible to determine the strength characteristics of the pipeline sections along its entire length, and design was carried out on their basis. In the end, the results obtained made it possible to save up to 8% on pipeline materials. The results obtained made it possible to reduce costs by 6-7% compared to the norm (Certificate of the Association "Uzpromstroymaterials" of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 16, 2022 No. 05/15-1250);
using a calculation technique that takes into account the physically nonlinear effects of the polymer shell in "Menzulatasvirservice" LLC, the maximum values of forces with slightly reduced results compared to calculations with other known methods were found. Carrying out pipelines based on the results obtained allowed saving materials up to 8% (Certificate of the Association "Uzpromstroymaterials" of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 16, 2022 No. 05/15-1250);
calculations of the greatest values of stresses caused by moving short-term loads at points of the cylindrical shell in the radial direction, which made it possible to determine lower loads, compared with calculations based on the linear theory of shells in LLC "Parviz proekt servis" (ACT of implementation 03/18/2022). This at the design stage made it possible to provide for savings of consumables up to 12%;
the assessment of its dynamic deformed state in combination with the determination of the bending points of the cylindrical elastic shell under the action of the greatest stresses was carried out by LLC "Parviz proekt servis" strengthening of such points of the shell led to an increase in its bearing capacity by 10-11%. This allowed saving up to 7-9% of material consumption (Certificate of the Association "Uzpromstroymaterials" of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 16, 2022 No. 05/15-1250);
the values of the greatest radial displacement (bulging effect) of points of an arbitrary section of a cylindrical shell (pipeline) in LLC "Menzulatasvirservice" (ACT of implementation 12.04.2022) are determined. Strengthening of such dangerous points with the help of local frames allowed to increase the bearing capacity of the shell to 11%;
at "Parviz proekt services" LLC, the use of a refined calculation taking into account the physically nonlinear properties of the shell material allowed us to find that the calculation of forces and displacements according to the classical theory gives overestimated results (ACT of Implementation 12.04.2022). Taking into account this fact allows you to save material costs up to 7-9%.
