Many skilled people are transferring their working places from their own undeveloped countries to well paid countries. While this can create issues, there are steps that can be taken to stop the impacts.

The main problem is that lessdeveloped countries’ economical growth rate may decrease.For instance life style that in this area may become worse. The second issue is that many graduates may try to go to developed nations for working because thare are not enough texnologies and employers. As consequence, there woud be no option for poor people to get an education. That is why the poor will become poorer and the rich will become richer which os dangerous for democracy.
There are several actions that goverments could take to solve the problems described above. Firstly, these issues coukd settle vy providing better life style and well-paid jobs to their bright pupils. As there are well-paid jobs in the local area and skilled people are not keen to move to other nations and they are able to provide financialy their family. Another significiant possible approach to curb this problem is that social leaders and elderly people should motivate the experienced workforce of their own nations to stay and provide services for their own country’s bright future. In fact, due to awareness towards patriotism.
Icn conclusion, tha main issue with low-paid jobs and skilled people don’t have satisfy in their nation. Despite this, it could be solve this problem by providing well-paid jobs and motivate educated people for increasing medical system and life style in their own areas.
