Storing the washing machine

If you need to store your washing machine for a long time,please drain the residual water out from the machine. Otherwise,the residual water will remain in your washing machine for a long time and damage your machine.

1. 
   Select the Spin program to drain the water out with the fastest speed.
   

2. Turn off the water faucet and separate the water supply hose.

3. 
   
   Unplug the washing machine and open the machine door to allow ventilation.
   

Problems and Solutions

Phenomenon	Solution
Detergent is left in the detergent box after a program is finished. The pre-wash detergents	Check if the water pressure is sufficient when washing. Check if the detergents are put in the injection port of the detergent box. Check if the washing powder are damp and caking.
in thedetergent box do not flow into the drum	Check if the washing program with the pre-wash function is selected.
Washing machine vibrates or is too noisy	Check if the washing machine is set on an uneven surface. If the surface is uneven, adjust the leveling leg to level the appliance. Check if the shipping bolts are removed. Check if the washing machine is touching any other objects. Check if the laundry load is balanced in the inner drum of the washing machine.
The displayed washing time deviates from the actual washing time	There is deviation in the weight of laundry, watery supply time and balancing time.
The drainage pump has abnormal noise	Check if the drainage pump filter is blocked by laundry flocks and clean the drain pump filter timely to erase the noise.

	Abnormal draining	Check whether the drain hose is clogged. Clean the filter cover of drainage pump. Check whether the drain hose is installed correctly. Contact with the after-sales service department to replace the water level sensor or other parts and components.
	Abnormal water heating tube	Check whether the harness terminal is connected securely or whether to replace the harness. Contact with the after-sales service department to replace the heating tube or other parts and components.
	Abnormal motor alarm	Check whether the washing clothes are too many or get stuck; power off the machine to cool down for a while, and then power on to start running. Check whether the plug wires of motor and inductance are well connected and whether any terminal falls off. Check whether the belt is worn. Contact with the after-sales service department to replace the motor or other parts and components.
	Overflow alarm	Check whether the harness terminal is connected securely. Contact with the after-sales service department to replace the water inlet valve or other parts and components.
	Computer board fault	Wait for interference disappearing, restart the machine after power off. Contact with the after-sales service department.

	Dry heating tube failure	Check wiring harness, temperature limiter, heating tube and computer board. Please contact after-sales service department to repair or replace parts.

Your washing machine is installed with the fuzzy logic control system which can automatically detect the balance of laundry during spinning. When the laundry is detected unbalanced or with strong eccentricity by the washing machine, the machine will properly extend the spin time to adjust the balance of the laundry or run at a lower speed when spinning in order to avoid damage to the machine.
When there are excessive foams, the time on the display will cease for a spell, meanwhile the machine is eliminating the foams rather than fault, and the machine will automatically return to normal program if finished.
