To ensure we have the right number of carts for your team,
please check ALL that apply.
Cart fee: 1 cart per team is included in a 3 non-member registration fee. Yes, we will be
using 1 FHCC cart provided (please check if you will be using 1 cart).
Additional cart rental $30 for both days: We want to rent an additional cart (please
check). This also applies for FHCC member and non-members mixed teams who want an
extra cart besides the member cart.
We will have enough carts for our 3 players without using the club’s carts (please
check).
We are on the FHCC cart plan (we will be using 1 or 2 carts on the cart plan – specify
number).
