Abstract.
A variant of the presentation of the molecular kinetic theory (MKT) of an ideal gas (IG) in schools
and universities is proposed. The concept of “single-molecule single-atomic ideal gas” (SMSAIG) is used. The shape of
the vessel is assumed spherical.
The laws of the adiabatic process, the basic equation and the equation of state of
SMSAIG are derived.
The algorithm of transition from the formulas of the SMSAIG MKT to the formulas of the IG
MKT is being formed.
The principle of presentation of the material is "from simple to complex", the form of
presentation is axiomatic.
The work is addressed to school students, students, physics teachers, methodologists and
those who show interest in physics.
