Participation in the conference

To be included in the list of conference participants, it is necessary to submit a preliminary application to the Organizing Committee in electronic form (in RTF format).

The application must include:

  List of authors (Full name)
  
• 
  Position, academic degree, title, name of organization
  
• 
  Title of the article
  
• 
  Phone
  
• 
  E-mail
  
• 
  Sector of the conference in which it is planned to participate
  
• 
  Necessity of the hotel
  
• 
  The need for visa support
  

If necessary, the Institute will provide an invitation letter to the conference.

The Organizing Committee reminds that all the materials submitted to the conference:

• 
  are open;
  
• 
  must not contain information containing state or commercial secrets;
  
• 
  are checked by the PLAGIARISM system.
  

The texts of reports that do not meet the requirements, do not correspond to the subject of the conference, include inaccessible links, have not passed the examination and are not provided on time, will not be included in Proceeding of the scientific and technical conference and will not be returned to the authors.
Electronic presentations of oral presentations remain at the disposal of the Organizing Committee and can be used by them solely for the purpose of promoting the conference and in reports to sponsors.


Deadline for applications and abstracts – July 15, 2022
The deadline for accepting full manuscripts – August 15, 2022.

The main working languages of the conference are Uzbek, Russian and English. All illustrative material must be presented in English.

When an oral report is made in one of the working languages of the conference, simultaneous translation into other working languages is provided and the time for translation is included in the time allotted for the report. For poster presentations, the Organizing Committee recommends that the English or Uzbek text be completely duplicated by Russian (or vice versa).
