Intermediate controls. Mid-term inspections are held once during the 
semester - in the 8th week of the academic semester and are evaluated with a 
maximum of 20 points. Also, the independent work done by the students during the 
weeks of the semester is summarized and analyzed in the form of a portfolio. 
Independent works performed under the guidance of a teacher are evaluated with a 
maximum of 30 points depending on the quality of their performance. 
In accordance with the "Regulation on the evaluation system for monitoring 
student knowledge in higher education institutions" attached to the order of the 
Minister of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan 
dated August 9, 2018 No. 19-2018 students who achieve an AS– level in the subject 
at the mid-term examination will be placed in the final examination. That is, the 
student must accumulate at least 60 percent of the maximum points allocated for 
midterm control and independent study tasks during the semester. 
Final control. The final control will be conducted in the form of a written 
work, and control options will consist of 2 theoretical questions and 1 problem. The 
student's mastery in the final control is evaluated in the system of maximum 50

points. The score collected by the student from the intermediate and final control 
types determines the mastery index of the subject, and the evaluation index is 
determined based on the following table.
