The purpose and tasks of science. In order to achieve this goal, students 
should learn about macroeconomic categories, the forms and causes of 
macroeconomic problems, the analysis of economic processes by means of 
macroeconomic models, the goals and tools of macroeconomic policy, the features 
of conducting macroeconomic policy in the conditions of an open economy, and the 
formation of macroeconomic concepts. It consists of teaching the methods of 
calculating indicators, analyzing economic processes using macroeconomic 
concepts and models, and determining the results of macroeconomic policy. 
To achieve this goal, science fulfills the tasks of forming students' theoretical 
knowledge, practical skills, methodological approach to economic events and 
processes, and scientific outlook. 
A teacher in fulfilling the goals and tasks of science for the student the 
following works are carried out: 
- providing theoretical knowledge and literary resources; 
- providing handouts on science topics; 
- increase the effectiveness of education using graphic organizers; 
- formation of practical skills using interactive methods; 
- organization of independent work of the student under the guidance of the 
teacher and additional counseling classes of the teacher; 
- provision of independent education in educational and methodological terms; 
- to encourage the student's independent learning; 
- promotion of distance, electronic and mobile education; 
- regular monitoring and evaluation of the student's learning. 
Learning outcomes and requirements 
In the process of mastering the subject "Macroeconomics", the student: 
- the subject, object and macroeconomic agents of macroeconomics; the 
essence of macroeconomic indicators and the conditions for their calculation; basic 
macroeconomic models and economic processes in them passing and reflect the 



results of macroeconomic policy; the essence of the mechanism of achieving 
macroeconomic balance in the market of goods and services; factors affecting 
money demand, money supply and balance in the money market; budget-tax and 
money - goals, means, forms of credit policy; the nature, measurement, factors and 
models of economic growth; theoretical foundations and tools of foreign policy; the 
structure of the country's balance of payments, its macroeconomic importance and 
methods of its regulation; the nature of the exchange rate, its macroeconomic 
significance, its determining factors and conditions for ensuring its stability; know 
about the features of macroeconomic policy implementation in an open economy; 
- to use macroeconomic models in the analysis of economic processes; analysis 
of macroeconomic indicators; to assess the positive and negative consequences of 
macroeconomic policy; know how to forecast the results of macroeconomic policy 
and be able to use them; calculation of macroeconomic indicators; determine the 
variables of the main macroeconomic models and compile the equations; to acquire 
skills on the mechanism of ensuring short-term and long-term balance in the market 
of goods and services; 
- to determine the specific features of the emergence of balance in the money 
market; to determine the laws of the impact of macroeconomic policy on economic 
processes and individual indicators; to explain the conditions of application of 
budget-tax or monetary-credit policy and mutual coordination in different 
macroeconomic situations; describe the ways of influencing the state of the balance 
of payments, the volume of aggregate demand and aggregate supply through foreign 
trade policy and exchange rate regulation; should have the skills to draw conclusions 
based on the analysis of macroeconomic processes in an open economy and specific 
features of macroeconomic policy, how the market mechanism works at the level of 
the national and world economy. 
Also, the student gets the skills of working in a team, independent and critical 
thinking about the profession, communication culture and drawing conclusions
timely completion, summarization and presentation of science assignments, 
searching for information on a given topic, preparing and conducting a presentation.
Also, the student must comply with the requirements specified in the internal 
procedures of the institute, pay attention to the dress code , attend lectures and 
practical training, must come with tools notebook, pen, ruler , pencil, calculator.
