Шарт эргаш гапларда замон мослашуви.


1. Агар 1-шарт эргаш гап, феъл-кесими Past Ind. да турган бошқа бир гапдан боғлиқ бўлиб қолса, эргаш гап ва бошқа гапнинг феъл кесими замон мослашуви қоидалари бўйича Pr. Ind-Past Ind. га, Fut.Ind-Fut. in the Past. га ўзгаради.
If I see him I shall tell you about it.
I said if I saw him I should tell him about it.
If he is busy he will come tomorrow.
He said if he was busy he would come the following day.


2. Агар 2 ва 3-шарт эргаш гаплар феъл-кесими Past Ind. да турган бошқа бир гапдан боғлиқ бўлса, эргаш ва бош гапларнинг феъл-кесими ўзгармайди.
If I went there I would come late.
I said if I went there I would come late.


If he had come here yesterday he would have helped you.
I said, he had come here yesterday he would have helped us.


3. 2 ва 3 –шарт эргаш гаплардан боғлиқ бўлган бошқа бир эргаш гапнинг феъл-кесими, феъл-кесими ўтган замонда турган бошқа бир гаплардан боғлиқ бўлгандек талаб қилинган замонда қўлланилади.
