Sir Knights & Princesses, it is now time to prepare for our 89 th Annual Conclave of the Grand Encampment and 45 th International Annual Session of the Cyrene Crusaders which will convene Tuesday, June 30 through Saturday, July 04, 2015. Our Grand Sessions will be held at the Sheraton Nashville, 777 McGavock Pike, Nashville,
(888) 627-7060. Hotel Reservations must be received on or before Monday, June 01, 2015 to meet the Grand Encampment and International Grand Court room block deadline. Room rates are $99.00 for Single or Double occupancy and are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 15.25% plus $ 2.50 daily). Check-In time is 3:00 p.m. and Check-Out time is 12:00 noon unless special arrangements are made in advance. Parking is available at no cost. Airport transportation is available upon request. Services are limited based upon availability; please contact the hotel at (615) 885-2200. Advanced Registration for Sir Knights is $135.00 and for Princesses is $130.00. Registration must be received no later than May 31, 2015. Your registration includes Workshop lunch, Prayer Breakfast, Awards Luncheon and Annual Black & White Banquet.
