   Situation . I have been working in the field of logistics for a long time. I have been leading a cohesive team in my logistics company for two years. Since we mostly work at night, we don't have time to cook and eat at home. For this reason, we order food and drinks, and naturally, after the meal, the place is full of empty dishes. I noticed that several of the workers were trying to clean the place without putting the garbage in the containers. And I reprimanded them. But they continued to ignore. Then I said that anyone who continues this unpleasant incident will have a certain amount deducted from their monthly salary and will have to clean the whole office by themselves. At first it was difficult to adapt to it. But they did not like the cleaning of the room and the reduction of their monthly salary, and soon everything changed in a positive direction.

   Since our main activity is online, that is, on the computer, we rarely meet with other team workers. For this reason, we have organized a meeting once a month in order to exchange ideas. But not all workers participate in it. At the monthly meeting of the leaders, we organized travel tickets, tickets to various entertaining holidays and other gifts for the most active workers. As a result, everyone came to the meeting and began to get motivation from their awarded teammates. This had a positive effect on their activities.

   It is no secret that the customer plays an important role in sales. That's why I send various surveys to my clients' e-mail addresses to find out how satisfied they are with our service. But not everyone is interested in filling out this survey, so I put discounts on the purchase of our products and the top of the most read books for the customers who actively participated in the survey. In other words, through the random system, a few lucky ones will be selected from among those who participated in the survey, and they will be the owners of their favorite books.
