The most generous of these billionaires remains Jack Dorsey (fortune $ 3.9 billion): On April 
7, he announced that he would transfer his $1 billion fortune of shares in fintech company Square 
(more than a quarter of his fortune) to a separate fund that will help both organizations. working on 
the COVID-19 problem and other charitable initiatives. At present, Dorsey has donated a total of 
about $5 million to four organizations. 
In second place it was Indian IT tycoon Azim Premji (worth $ 6.1 billion), who plans to 
allocate $ 132 million in humanitarian and health care to set a limit the spread of the coronavirus. Bill 
Gates (fortune $ 103.3 billion) came in third with a pledge of $105 million, which will primarily go 
towards developing a vaccine and methods of treatment and diagnosis [28]. 
There are other examples when, against the backdrop of the global crisis caused by the 
coronavirus pandemic, billionaires, heads of technology companies, superstars, doctors, lawyers and 
numerous top managers of large corporations, prepared their families to go down to the bunkers, 
where they will at least six months. They are not worried about the threat of nuclear war or the fall of 
an asteroid. First of all, they are afraid of mass of riots. 
All of these people have one thing in common - incredible underground bunkers with 
luxurious amenities such as pools, bowling alleys and shooting ranges [29]. 
During the pandemic, in The Diplomat magazine an article was published about Uzbekistan 
co-authored with Jennifer Murtazashvili, director of the Center for Public Administration and Markets 
at the University of Pittsburgh, and Bahrom Mirakilov, an independent Uzbek analyst. 
According to the authors, despite the persistent problems, civil society in Uzbekistan is 
currently the most active in the country's recent history. 
“During the COVID-19 pandemic, the activities of this sector became very important, as 
indifferent citizens also filled the gaps in the social protection system” [30]. 
This confirms the thesis that in difficult times, new opportunities for development appear, 
society rallies, activates its full potential and begins to improve itself. Moreover, in the conditions of 
Uzbekistan, this positive dynamics testifies to the growth of social activity and responsibility of the 
citizens of our country for its current and future development. 
Thus, empathy has a tremendous impact on the nature of the person's relationship with society, 
with the outside world, with other people, with oneself, it regulates the process of a person's entry 
into society. 
Another human quality is compassion. This feeling means that a person shows humanity 
through forgiveness to the person who is related to him, to someone who is guilty and deserves social, 
economic and legal punishment. Compassion is one of the highest spiritual qualities of our people, 
which means understanding the pain of others, helping and caring for the needy, helping, showing 
compassion and generosity, bearing in mind that they are human beings. This quality, which is one 
of the principles of humanity that defines the qualities of human beings in their daily social relations, 
the high level of consciousness and morality in society, can be observed in all spheres of society and 
human activity.
