Nowadays, it is popularly believed that some workers prefer to work a virtual job. This essay will suggest that this has a negative side as it can impact online working in terms of feelings of isolation and connecting issues.
The major merit is that if people work online from their house, they will have more opportunities in terms of freedom. In other words, working from home can give the online workforce the independence to work anytime, anywhere, and they don’t need to wear a kind of dress code. Moreover, owing to having self-freedom, they may easily design their home office environment in any way they love. Some skilled employees consider that, for example, most people would like to work slowly and steadily as well as in short-time work as they themselves feel freer than to work in an office. 
One possible drawback is that when people work at home, it is much more difficult to achieve a healthy work-life balance. To be more precise, employees may work all day because of the duty hours and they cannot afford to work and take care of themselves in terms of eating something or living in a friendly environment. Moreover, people who work lonely at home, also get insulated and friendless. At present, it is often said by a qualified psychologist that, for instance, working alone leads to feelings of isolation and working from home might exacerbate this.
In my opinion, the workforce has some challenges, which are a feeling of loneliness and connection problems. In other words, working from home, people who spend most of their time on working, may often feel lonely, and a virtual job might require a large amount of internet traffic. The fact is that people who work online from home spend about 512 GB of internet working from home, and it brings about financial challenges.
In conclusion, although virtual work can give more freedom to people in order to work hard, it can impact human feelings in terms of isolation and being alone. I believe that it is difficult to work online thanks to the fact that people may encounter some kinds of emotional and connected problems.
