Conclusion
The effect of the slit between the cylinder wall and the piston rings on the engine indicators is certainly negative. An increase in fuel consumption is a symptom of an increase in oil burns, and a decrease in engine power is a symptom of the formation of a ring-cylinder slit.
During the study of the topic, all the elements that could lose Hermeticism were studied. In particular, data was collected and analyzed from the literature on the ring-piston and ring-cylinder slits, between the piston and the cylinder. For them, we can draw general conclusions as follows.
1.The role of cylinder-piston slits in increasing the Hermeticism of the combustion chamber by the ring is great.
2.If, as a result of the application of effective methods, the starter slit is reduced to a minimum, then during the operation of the engine, the slit, enlarged from the erosion of the cylinder and porcelain, does not pose a significant risk to the engine life.
3.The work of the ring is influenced by The Shape of the cylinder. This leads to a decrease in engine performance.
4.If a measure has been taken to prevent the cylinders from entering the oval shape, or the application of oval-shaped porches covering it to the Oval improves the operation of the ring. It does not pose a threat to the work of the oval ring, which is formed from the erosion of the cylinder at that time.
5.In increasing the life of the ring, it is advisable to analyze the ring decay theory and fill it with impressive factors.
6.The normal operation of the ring is greatly influenced by the cylinder-porcelain slit. The larger the slit, the worse the work of the ring. But if the initial value of the slit is reduced to a minimum, taking into account the progress of the technique and using advanced technology, then during the period of operation the effect of this slit on the work of the ring is low.
7.The effect of the porcelain plumber ring slit on the work of the ring occurs at extremely large values of the slit. But since such large values of the slit are not in the period of exploitation, the effect of this slit can be ignored.
8.The effect of the initial oval of the cylinder on the efficient operation of the ring is noticeable. During the operation of the engine on the boom, the Oval becomes larger, and the operation of the ring is severely damaged.
9.The impact of ring performance on the work of the ring as well as cylinder decay on the work of the decaying ring in the cylinder with increasing oval has not been fully studied to date. The study of the essence of the effect of cylinder and ring decay on its, subsequent operation is of both theoretical and practical importance. Because without studying the essence of this, it is difficult to choose a long working ring in a cylinder with a changed shape and in a decaying cylinder.
Therefore, the pressure passing behind the ring can serve to ensure Hermeticism. Of particular importance is the correct choice of the inner surface of the ring.
