Implementation of the research results. On basis of scientific research results 
on the improvement of logistics management of freight transportation and the effective 
functioning of road transport in international logistics systems: 
Introduction of the scientific novelty on the improvement of the integration 
mechanism for all stages of supply chain management based on the introduction of the 
3PL and 4PL service providers with «know-how» and the possibilities of using 
information technologies allowed the company to develop a transition to a higher 
level of implementation transport, logistics and forwarding services («O’rta Osiyo 
Trans « JSC reference №01-2/875 from December 7, 2017). The introduction of this 
level of services will allow «O’rta Osiyo Trans « JSC to receive about
2600 million soums annually. 
Introduction of scientific novelty into practice of improving the methods of 
analysis and forecasting the development of flow processes while moving along the 
whole supply chain in the global logistics system has made it possible to develop a 
model for meeting customer’s needs precisely in time, in the right amount and required 
quality in the «on-line» mode («O’rta Osiyo Trans « JSC reference
№01-2/875 from December 7, 2017), which allowed «O’rta Osiyo Trans» JSC 
to reduce the planning process by 20%.

Adopted to implementation scientific novelty on the introduction of the economic 
mechanism of coordinating the activities of production enterprises and logistics 
structures in accordance with the needs(«O’rta Osiyo Trans « JSC reference
№01-2/875 from December 7, 2017), has made it possible to reduce the coordination 
process by 15-20% and attract additional profit of 500 million soums. 
Offer on improvement the mechanism of coordinating «material, information and 
financial flows) of infrastructure activity was introduced in «Shoshtrans» JV activity 
(«Shoshtrans»

The introduction of this offer in «Shoshtrans» JV allowed the company to expand 
forwarding services to 3PL level and get additionally 5 billion of soums of economic 
effect.
The introduced methodology of «intelligent transport systems» for efficient 
management of private operators of international cargo transportation, with the use of 
expert evaluation and modeling of simulations («Shoshtrans» JV reference №01-356 
from November 22, 2017), made it possible to reduce administrative expenses by
15-20% and bring an additional economic effect of 500 million soums.
