LITERATURE REVIEW
Researchers Warschauer[2], Parvin, and Salam[3] concluded from their study that employing technology gives students the opportunity to become more exposed to language in useful contexts and to create their own knowledge. RESEARCH METHODOLOGY In the process of research, popular methods of teaching and learning English using Internet resources were used. During the writing of the article, the principles of theoretical - deductive conclusion, analysis and synthesis, logicality were used. ANALYSIS AND RESULTS According to the recommendations of the European Framework for Assessment of Knowledge and Skills of Foreign Language Teachers (CEFR)[3], new approaches and standards for teaching foreign languages have been created in the nation. He claims that secondary school and technical college students have texts available to them. Stands and modern information and communication technology are provided in classrooms in compliance with these specifications. The need to study a foreign language is increasing daily. Reading, listening comprehension, speaking, and reading are the four components of foreign language science, and each one offers certain ideas and abilities. UDK: 37 85 The efficient application of contemporary information technology in the educational process is known as educational technology. Additionally, it seeks to enhance the value and efficacy of education via the inclusion of contemporary, cutting-edge technologies in teaching and learning. Utilizing such information and communication technology in particular has a number of benefits while learning a foreign language. Modern technology plays a crucial role in both teaching and learning languages. Every component of learning a foreign language—reading, listening and speaking—benefits from the use of technology. For instance, it is obviously difficult to listen and comprehend without a computer, player, and CDs. In this process, including: When using computers, the student can watch and listen to videos, demonstrations, dialogues, movies or cartoons in a foreign language; It is possible to listen and watch radio broadcasts in foreign languages and TV programs; use of tape recorders and cassettes, which are more traditional methods; CD players are available. The use of these tools will make the process of learning a foreign language more interesting and effective for students [4]. Technology can also optimise the language learning experience in the following ways. 1. They increase the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process. EFL teachers may enhance the quality of their instruction and assist their students in becoming better language users by utilizing technology. Additionally, it enables them to prepare lessons more efficiently, lessens their total workload and stress levels, and enhances the caliber of their instruction. 2. They help English language students engage with the language Technology allows students to break away from the textbooks and discover real-life English materials that spark their interest and boost their language learning. According to a 2016 study by US social psychology, Judith M. Harackiewicz; ―Interest is a powerful motivational process that energizes learning, guides academic and career trajectories, and is essential to academic success.‖[5] 3. They support individualized instruction. Language learners may customize their language learning experience based on their own strengths and limitations and get the best outcomes by employing technology tools. Since they are not constrained by conventional elements like classroom time or the requirement to advance at the same rate as the rest of the class, they may more readily attain their language objectives. |
