The conditions and grounds of our own path. 2. Society of Democratic and Social Justice of Uzbekistan. 3. Foreign policy based on the priority of national interests and equal cooperation. 4. Building a socially oriented market economy - the basis of domestic policy of independent Uzbekistan. 5. Spiritual and moral foundations of the development of independent Uzbekistan. Our main strategic goal Our main strategic goal is to build a free and prosperous homeland, a free and prosperous life, a free democratic society based on a market economy. The market economy relies primarily on multi-ownership and competition between them. In it, all legal forms of property have equal rights, which are guaranteed by the state. Opinions of partners on the Uzbek model. scientists are studying and analyzing it. For example, Russian researchers MS Gafarli, AG Kasaev, German L. Levitin, academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences F. Burlasky praised him.
In line with the ongoing reforms in our country, scientific theories and conclusions about the development of our society are constantly improving and evolving. It should be noted that the "Concept of further deepening democratic reforms and development of civil society in the country" put forward by President IA Karimov at a joint session of the Legislative Chamber and the Senate on November 12, 2010 is a new strategic program for the development of our society. lib is serving. It should be noted that this concept is one of the most modern and advanced scientific ideas on the development of society.
The political development of our country is taking place consistently due to the strong conceptual support. The stable immunity of our society against various negative effects of international globalization is guaranteed.
It is important to understand and study the essence of new scientific views and conceptual conclusions related to modern independent democratic development, which are being implemented at the initiative of President Islam Karimov due to the independence of our country.
As a result of gaining state sovereignty, our country has a direct opportunity to develop, relying on its socio-cultural foundations. In this regard, it should be noted that any young independent state has a task to define an effective model of political development, covering the specific conditions, needs and goals of the country in order to realize its independence. High-level resolution of these issues will serve as a basis for the sustainable development of the country. The adoption of the idea of development based on the specific practice of each country, that is, a clear definition of the conceptual framework for development, is crucial here.
In the works, speeches and speeches of the head of our state IA Karimov, the scientific and theoretical aspects of the political development of our independent country, which take into account the requirements of the time and embody the age-old aspirations of our people, have been resolved. As the President concluded, “Every country that has gained independence seeks its own path of development, strives to develop its own model for building a new society. The socio-economic and political situation, the relationships between people, and their worldviews, including religious beliefs, psyche, and moral norms, require it. There are many types of social development in the world. Turkish, South Korean, Swedish models and others are examples of this. The experience of many Muslim countries and newly industrialized countries shows this. The recovery of the economies of Europe and Japan after World War II is a practical example of this.
Undoubtedly, Uzbekistan effectively uses all the positive and positive experiences gained in the development of other countries and can be applied to the conditions of the republic. It's not about blindly copying any model, even if it works. Clear tools and methods work best in the specific context of the country for which they are intended.
The vitality of the national idea is clearly reflected in the implementation of the Uzbek model of development. Uzbekistan is a country of great potential. This land is rich in natural resources, fertile land, powerful economic and scientific-technical, human and spiritual potential. Most importantly, it is a land of hardworking and talented people.
Uzbekistan is a country that has chosen its own path of independent development. This is the path of development that is recognized in the world as the Uzbek model. Its rationale is to reform society not in a revolutionary way, but in an evolutionary way.
The path of development under the leadership of the founder of the Uzbek model, Islam Karimov, differs from many other national models in that it is not only a model of economic development, but also a model of national recovery and social development in the broadest sense. Therefore, along with the economy, it covers state-building, the social sphere and spirituality, all spheres of public life.
The concept of the Uzbek model means, first of all, the commonality of the state's practical policy aimed at achieving the set goals, with the most general theoretical conclusions and goals that underlie what an independent national development of Uzbekistan should be, and direct it to specific goals. the activity of all three joints is implied).
So, this model of development has its theoretical and practical aspects. Its theoretical aspect is based on the emerging potential and opportunities of the country, the development of productive forces, infrastructure, natural resources, demographic situation, public awareness, knowledge, professional potential, in simple terms, our own and justifies our own path. It consists of several relatively independent areas: economic policy principles and macroeconomic theory; principles of state building and democratization of society; principles of formation of the class of owners and improvement of social stratification (social, class structure of society); issues of national idea, concept of national ideology and spiritual and cultural development; principles of foreign political, economic and cultural relations, etc.
The practical side of the model also has several directions:

Policies aimed at creating and strengthening the legal framework for reforms;

Adoption of decrees, decisions, target programs (including investment programs), reflecting the theoretical conclusions, organizational work on the implementation of the goals and a clear implementation mechanism;

Current investment policy, tax policy, financial and credit policy, economic and structural policy, formation and development of the stock market, securities market, influence on the consumer market, etc .;

To carry out propaganda and educational work to convey the essence of decrees and government decisions to the people, to unite them, to form in them the will to overcome the inertia of the old system.

So what are the main priorities of the Uzbek model? After gaining independence, Uzbekistan has to think not only about economic development, but also about the fundamentals of national statehood, national values, the identity and pride of the people, the radical renewal of the socio-class structure of society and the realization of the idea of independence. , had to address issues such as training new staff.

The development models of countries such as Germany, Sweden, Japan, South Korea, France, and China were more economic models. They did not envisage a radical renewal of political, social and cultural life.
Farkhod Abdurakhmonov writes about the "Uzbek model" and gives some examples from world history and the experience of other countries. According to him, the main goal of all models is to improve the living standards and quality of life of the population, and the "Uzbek model" is no exception. However, Karimov said that the Uzbek model should be recognized in the world. According to Farhod, "... I consider the principles of the Uzbek model to be correct as a theory, as an idea, as a goal. But the main thing is that To what extent are the five principles embodied in the Uzbek model being implemented? We need to acknowledge that serious mistakes and shortcomings are being made and correct them. In particular, why does the rule of law not work? Why do law enforcement officers break the law? When do we see the superiority of the economy over politics in our practice? If the statistics are great and they do not represent real life, then we are deceiving ourselves. .. "

Muhammad Ali: Farhod Abdurahmanov, I agree with you. In fact, our model is theoretically well developed. But in practice it works passively.
