Information technology
Information technology – is the process using set of means and methods of collecting, processing and data transmission (primary information) for obtaining information of new quality about a condition of object, process or the phenomenon (information product). Information technology allows us to access and use vast quantities of data. Communication and information technologies inform us or cause us to take action. Without communication and information technologies, we would know little about the world around us. Our lives are affected daily through these systems.

Network
A network is a number of computers and peripheral devices connected together so as to be able to communicate (i.e. transfer data). Internet - a global computer network of many local, regional, corporate networks, and perhaps hundreds of millions of computers. IP-address.
