Analysis of the current financial status of bank

Proceeding from priority directions of development of national economy, there were taken consecutive measures for accomplishment of established tasks, further increase in capitalization and investment activity of bank, recovery of priority directions of structural divisions in economy, production upgrades, further expansion of amount of the crediting directed to technical and technological updating and also to creation of new workplaces. An asset which is one of indicators for assessment of financial stability of bank as of 1 September 2014 has made 3494,7 billion UZS and in relation to the beginning of year increased by 906,4 billion UZS (35,0%). At the same time, earning assets of bank has made 2758,7 billion UZS, and non-yielding assets made 735,9 billion UZS. 73% of asset were placed in a segment of crediting the legal and physical entities of the financial market, credit portfolio in comparison with the beginning of year grew by 50,0% or 849,6 billion UZS and made 2548,5 billion UZS. Over the past period of the current year to finance the activities in the various areas of the economy, credits were issued in the amount of 1944 billion UZS, of which 964 billion UZS at the expense of own funds of the bank. Remaining balance of investments made at the expense of equity of bank for date of report has made 68,5 billion UZS. For the purpose of support the entities of small business by bank, there were allocated credits in the amount of 534,4 billion UZS and at the expense of these allocated credits there were created 6915 new workplaces. For the purpose of ensuring demand of population for food products on Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on January 26, 2009 under No. DP-1047 for last period of the current year, the bank has allocated credits in the amount of 143,8 billion UZS and quantity of created workplaces at the expense of these allocated credits has made 1986 units. Within performance of Resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on April 15, 2005 under No. DP-57 and on August 5, 2005 under No. DP-147 for last period of 2014 receipt in the form of cash and on terminal has made 3767,8 billion UZS.

From receipts in the form of cash and on terminal only 4614,5 billion UZS were directed to paramount payments, out of them 1930,5 billion UZS were directed to pension payments and 2684,0 billion UZS on payments on salary of budget workers. For date of the report resource base of bank has made 3494,8 billion UZS and in comparison with the beginning of the current year grew by 1001,1 billion UZS or for 41 %. At the same time, aimed borrowing loans raised from international financial institutions of foreign banks and various funds have made 28 % or 966,0 billion UZS of general resource base. Accumulative equity of bank is created in the amount of 409,8 billion UZS as a result of acceptance of necessary measures for expansion of capital base. At the same time, Authorized capital of bank for date of report has made 263,5 billion UZS and in comparison with the beginning of year increased by 29,8 billion UZS.

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 16, 2013, № PP-1966 in 2014, the shares were placed in the amount of the share of the Ministry of Finance in the amount of 29.8 billion soums. For ensuring execution of tasks established by Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan under No. PP-1438 as a result of works performed on increase in remaining balance of deposits of population and deposits of accounting entities in 2011-2015 by 2,5 times including to increase within the current year to 30% as of September 1, 2014 total amount of deposits has made 1334,5 billion UZS. In structure of total amount of bank deposits of legal entities has made 450,9 billion UZS or 34 %, and also deposits of population and funds on plastic cards has made 883,6 billion UZS or 66 %.
