TASK 20.1
Preparation of the accounts
inputs - any resources used to create goods and services
invoices - an itemized commercial document that records the products or services delivered to the customer, the total amount due, and the preferred payment method
data - The collective information related to a company and its operations
accumulates - when the quantity of something is added to or increases over time.
cash account - a type of brokerage account in which the investor must pay the full amount for securities purchased
sales account - contains the record of all sales transactions
income statement - shows a company's revenues, expenses and profitability over a period of time
balance sheet -  summarizes a company's assets, liabilities and shareholders' equity at a specific point in time 
cash flow statement - provides data regarding all cash inflows that a company receives from its ongoing operations and external investment sources
annual report - a comprehensive report detailing a company's activities throughout the preceding year
potential shareholders -  those individuals who will receive shares of the Buyer's “restricted” common stock as set forth in Schedule 2.2.
Profit and Loss Account
profit -  the money you have left after paying for business expenses
loss account - a memorandum account for each Limited Partner to be recorded in the books and records of the Partnership with respect to a Performance Period.
revenue - the total amount of money brought in by a company's operations, measured over a set amount of time.
