INTRODUCTION
Since the first days of independence in Uzbekistan, the policy of reforming the education sector has been consistently implemented as the main link in the path of reforms and renewals in society, as a necessary and mandatory condition for the implementation of democratic changes in society. economy, integration of the country into the world community.
At the moment, the National Personnel Training Program is the only educational complex that covers the entire process of raising and bringing up the young generation, and has a separate place for each link of the education system. The overall implementation of the program and the achievement of specific goals depend on the status and level of development of each link, as well as on the extent to which they participate in each other.
On December 10, 2012, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov signed the decision "On measures to further improve the system of learning foreign languages". In modern linguistics, there is a concept of the world language image, which reflects the interaction of language and culture. The purpose of this dissertation was to provide research-based teaching methods and behavior management strategies that can be used by new teachers in urban middle schools to improve behavior in their classrooms. Research has shown four main causes of chronic misbehavior: (1) a difficult personal situation outside of school that impairs a student's ability to learn; (2) lesson content or lesson objectives are above students' ability level, leading to avoidance behaviors; (3) environmental conditions within the classroom that interfere with the student's ability to learn in the most appropriate mode; (4) the teacher did not establish and reinforce clear behavioral and academic expectations within the reach of students in the classroom. . However, the analysis of the current system of organizing language learning shows that educational standards, curricula and textbooks do not fully meet today's requirements, in particular, the use of advanced information and media technologies.
