ANNOTATION


Relevance of the study. It is the most common and effective method of curing fruit trees from various viral, bacterial and microplasma diseases. A part of tip apical tissue or meristem cells up to 0.1-0.3 mm in length can be virus-free under conditions of virus-free artificial growth media.
Research methods: Field and in vitro experimental methods
All work on obtaining a healthy plant from a third meristem tumor in vitro is carried out by highly qualified scientific staff in special laboratories. The growing nutrient medium is a multi-component mixture that includes macro and micro mineral salts, vitamins and growth regulators.
The purpose of the research work is to breed imported grafts that are resistant to heat, cold and drought and are genetically identical. Within a short period of time, thousands of small and semi-small grafts will be delivered for intensive gardens. The volume of fruit production and export will increase by 15-25 percent. Increases the size of seedlings by 25%. It allows you to grow grafts at any time and in any amount, regardless of the season and weather conditions.
To achieve the set goal, we need to perform the following tasks:
- analysis of important literature on this topic;
- to determine the effectiveness of the methodology developed during the research during the experiment.
- to provide environmentally friendly products to meet the demand for food, to create a basis for satisfying the population's need for quality products.
Relevance of the study. As a result of the solution of the issue , organization of planting of local varieties of unique fruit crops, which are suitable for the southern regions of the Republic and which are resistant to diseases, pests, biotic and abiotic stresses of nature and have high quality .
