4.10.4 Interpretation of Results. There must not be any degradation of the wire insulation and the tape still has 

to ensure its bundling performance. Report any change in appearance, signs of degradation or loss of flexibility. 

4.11 Noise Requirements. 

4.11.1 Test Sample. A single layer of adhesive tape is applied to a steel bar in the area of the impact location. 

The length of the tape is 5 cm in longitudinal direction and 19 mm in transversal direction. 

4.11.2 Apparatus. See Figure 3.
