4.12.2  Requirements.  For  exterior,  underbody,  and  under-hood  harness  applications,  the  tape  shall  meet 

flammability rating of ʺBʺ minimum. For interior harness applications, the tape shall meet flammability rating of 

ʺCʺ minimum.
