Annotation 
The article analyzes the existing NLP impact techniques. The paper presents four 
stages of the communication model of a professional communicator, each of which is 
relevant to the use of one or another method of exerting influence. Through the analysis 
of Russian and foreign literature, each of them is considered in detail. As a result, a 
conclusion was made about the effectiveness of using such psychological technology. 
INTRODUCTION 
People communicate using some form of language and use either text or speech. 
Now, in order for computers to interact with people, computers need to understand the 
natural language that people speak. Natural language processing is dedicated to 
teaching computers to understand, process and use natural languages. NLP is one of 
the areas of artificial intelligence that works with the analysis, understanding and 
generation of living languages in order to interact with computers both verbally and in 
writing, using natural languages instead of computer ones. Today, there are many 
operationalizations of the term "Neuro Linguistic Programming". In my opinion, the 
most accurate interpretation is given by its founders - R. Bandler and D. Grinder.
He 
worked with the famous linguist Noam Chomsky, and his research focused on 
Chomsky’s theories of transformational grammar. Richard Bandler was a brilliant 21-
year-old senior in 1971, majoring in psychology at UCSC. At that time, students were 
allowed to direct seminars that were supervised by a professor, and in 1972 Bandler 
asked Grinder to oversee the gestalt therapy groups that he was leading. Grinder’s 
consent to supervise the seminars was one of those decisive moments that change 
history.
