That it can be learned and improved by ourselves

It is popularly believed by number of people that successful leaders have inborn qualities while others argue that leadership is a learnable quality. Personally, I agree that it can be learned and improved by ourselves because training and experience are more important than inherited skills.
On the one hand, it is true that individuals are born with some specific talents, which makes them to become a better leader. In other words, with being naturally gifted they can be successful earlier in their life. For example, if the owners of companies have good oratory skills they can influence their employees through words and it can help to manage them. Therefore innate communication skills are really important for them.
On the other hand, giftedness is not guarantee for success later in life, because success results from determination and hard work. I personally believe that, leadership is a skill that could be improved by reading books or taking classes. In other words, there are some psychological hacks that if we learn them and use them, we will be easily become a successful leader. For example, there are mandatory rules is some companies that the managers should participate in certain leadership classes in order to work in that companies since it has been proven that what a key role these classes could have on the managing skills of employees.
In conclusion, there are different views about this statement that if individuals are born with some specific talents and skills or it is something that could be learned. Although, there are good reasons that leadership is an innate skill, I strongly argue that people can improve it by taking classes or reading books.
