6. Endorsement - the act of saying that you approve of or support something or 
someone. 
The campaign hasn't received any political endorsements. 
7. Integral - necessary and important as a part of a whole. 
He's an integral part of the team and we can't do without him.

something happen. 
Some managers exert considerable pressure on their staff to work extra hours

9. Consequence - a result of a particular action or situation, often one that is bad or 
not convenient.

10. Problematic - difficult to deal with or to understand; full of problems; not certain
