The diagram illustrates the procedure via which bricks are produced for the construction industry.
To begin with, it is clear that the entire production of brick is man-made with a liner style of stages. It is very obvious that it has seven consecutive stages from the beginning to the end of the process.
In the first three stages, clay is dug by digger machine. Next , clay is cleared from different a waste by metal grid. Then cleaned sand is mixed with water and produced to special clay for bricks. There are two ways to make a brick, first way is clay is cut and shaped by wire cutter, second way is mud is put into special molds under great pressure.
In the last four stage ,once the bricks are dried during 1 – 2 days in drying oven and those are placed to heat to 200 0 C -9800C degrees in kiln. Afterwards, temperature is increased to 8700 C -13000 C . Subsequently ,bricks are moved cooling chamber in order to cool and bricks are cooled during 48- 72 hours there. Finally ,as soon as bricks have been packaged and delivered.
