Overall, it is clear that there was an increase in the number of pizza and hamburgers that eaten by those while the figure for fish and chips was decreased. Hamburgers, moreover, was most consumed type of fast food in the end of the period.
In 1975, fish and chips that consumed by teenagers were the most eaten type of fast food compared to the others, with making up 100 times. The figure for this started a slightly decline by the 1980, accounting for about 80 times. This, however, minimally grew with around 90 times to the next five years. The number of it considerably fell by the 2000, amounting to approximately 40 times.
Pizza was the lowest figure in the beginning, and teenagers ate this type of fast food almost 5 times in a year. The figure for this, however, started a remarkably rise by the end of the period, and it was more than 80 times. Turning to the hamburgers, it was eaten by them around 10 times in 1975. The number of this dramatically increased with nearly 85 times for the next a decade. This, however, much slowed in increase, and it reached a peak of 100 times in 2000.
