5 I like fairy tales ( 5min)
Teacher: Pupils what kind of famous world fairy
tales do you know? I think they are many. For example:
“ Cinderella”, “ White Snow”, “ Three little pigs” “ Little red riding hood” etc.. Do you know about the main heroes of this fairy tales?. If yes, I’m going to check up your knowledge about it . Now, l tell you parts of fairy tales and you must find the name of them.

1. 
   People live in cities and villages. But that boy did not live in a house.
   

He lived in the jungle. He did not live with his parents. In the jungle his father was a wolf. His mother Ruksha, was a wolf too. Little wolves were his brothers . He liked playing with them.
2. There was a girl. She wanted to find her best friend Kai. Her favourite flower was a rose. She and Kai liked roses. An old woman lived in a garden. She liked the girl. The old woman had a magic wand. In her garden there was always summer.
3. The three bears lived in a big house in the forest. Daddy Bear, Mummy Bear and Baby Bear liked porridge. They eat porridge in the morning. Today the porridge is too hot.
4. When spring came there were a lot of baby animals on the farm. Mother Duck had 5 little eggs and one big egg. The ducklings were very nice. Then the big egg opened and a big ugly duckling came out.
5. Once upon a time there was a little house beside a river. There lived an old man, his daughter, stepmother and her daughter. One of the daughters was very nice and kind and other one was very lazy and bad.
6. When the Stork came, the Fox put some soup on a plate. She did not want the Stork to eat the soup. The Stork could not eat soup from the plate! The Fox ate all her
soup, and said it was delicious.
7. One summer’s day a Grasshopper met an Ant. “Let’s sing and dance,” the
Grasshopper said. “No, I’m busy,” said the Ant. “What are you doing?” asked
the Grasshopper. “Winter’s coming. I want to have a lot of food in winter,” said the Ant.
8. Once there lived a girl. She was very small. She lived on a flower. She and her mother lived in a big house. Then frogs took her to the river. A swallow helped her to go
to a warmer country.


6. Role play: “The Enormous turnip” and “Little red riding hood” (10 min)

The old man and old man are in the garden.
Old man: Look, I have got a seed.
Old woman: What is it?
Old man: I don’t know
Old woman : Put it in the ground and give it some water
The seed grows and grows. It’s enormous.
Old man: Look, look at the seed.
Old woman: It is not a seed, it is a turnip.
Old man: It is a big turnip. I am hungry. I want to eat the turnip.
Old woman: pull the turnip.
The man pulls the turnip, but it doesn’t move.
Old man: come and help.
Old woman: All right. One. Two, three. Pull

Little red riding hood

Once upon a time there is a little girl.Her mother buys her a red cloak.She likes the red cloak so much that she wears it wherever she goes. For this reason everybody calls her Little Red Riding Hood.
Mother: Your grandmother is still ill. Get dressed and take these cookies to her.
Do not leave the footpath on Bunny Forest. Go straight to your grandmother's house.
Little red riding hood: OK.I won't mum"
Wolf : Where are you going little girl?

Little red riding hood: ."I'm going to my grandmother's house at the end of the Bunny Forest.She is not well these days.By the way my name is not "little girl".It's Little Red Riding Hood.
Wolf: I'm sorry,I must leave.Let me run and tell your grandmother that you are coming.
There is a woodcutter in the forest.The wolf is afraid of him and he doesn't want to be seen by him
"Who's that?" asks the old woman.

"It's me,Little Red Riding Hood" replies the wolf changing his voice. "I brought you some cookies from mum.

The door is open.Come in then." shouts the granny and the wolf jumps in hastily.He is so hungry that he eats the granny without even chewing her.
A short while later Little Red Riding Hood arrives and knocks at the door.
"Who's that?" shouts the wolf in a soft voice.
"It's me,Little Red Riding Hood" she replies.
"The door is open.Please come in. Leave what you have in your hand on the table and come here" wolf says
"What long arms you have,granny" says Little Red Riding Hood.
"The better to hug you,my dear" replies the wolf.
"What big ears you have,granny" says Little Red Riding Hood.
"The better to hear you,my princess" replies the wolf.
"What big eyes you have,granny" says Little Red Riding Hood. "The better to see you,my darling" replies the wolf.
"But granny,what sharp and big teeth you have" says Little Red Riding Hood.
"The better to eat you,dear" shouts the wolf He attacks Little Red Riding Hood and swallows her at once.He feels very sleepy and falls asleep in a few minutes.
The woodcutter is passing by the house when he hears some strange noise coming from the granny's house. What’s happened. Asked the wood cutter . Luckily the grandmother and Little Red Riding Hood is alive and in one piece.They thank the woodcutter and give him some cookies
