INTRODUCTION
Nowadays our country is increasing more and more as well as technology. Because that century is developing technology century. There is no doubt the future fortune is in young modern youth’s hand. Therefore, our president not only emphasizes to develop the young’s knowledge but also increases educational system. In order to develop educational system, given such kind of opportunities to young future generation. There are reading, speaking, writing an also listening skills in language teaching. One of the important skills for students is listening.
Listening and reading are receptive skills in a language. Nevertheless, listening skills are different from reading skills. Because in reading skills. What is listening?, Within the four linguistic skills of any language, use the listening skill, demand to interpret and respond to spoken language and it is necessary to understand the sounds and representations of it. Truman stated the following: “Listening is one of the four language skills: reading, writing, listening and speaking. Like reading, listening is a receptive skill; it involves responding to language rather than producing it. Listening involves making sense (significant ability) of the language sounds. Learners do it using the context and knowledge of the language and the world”.
Development of a science as a whole and a linguistic science, in particular is connected not only to the decision of actually scientific problems, but also with features internal and foreign policy of the state, the maintenance of the state educational standards which are to the generators of progress providing social, economic society. It forms the society capable quickly to adapt in the modern world.
The teachers and educational institutions are aware of the benefits that listening brings to all pupils in any language around the world. In the past, listening was one of the less developed skills in schools and educational organizations, but
through studies and researches, listening became in one of the most important skills for the developing of a new language.
