achievements of the youth will one more time call us as the children of this holy land to be more 
responsible and do whatever we are capable of doing in order to contribute to the development and 
nourishment of our country. The goal of my article is not only counting the achievements made in 
education sphere, but also to highlight the current problems and disadvantages in this spheres and 
offer several effective and positive mechanisms which will serve as solutions to those problems. It 
is known that nurturing ideal person demands not only being smart from parents and tutors, but 
also constant personal development and enhancement. Moreover, the irresponsibility of some 
parents are causing severe negative impacts on the nature and mind of their children. In the time 
globalization where social media is everywhere, wrong and improper information and cults are 
searching for new victims, incorrect control of leisure time of children by their parents is causing 
fatal consequences such as children being connected to some terrifying flows and cults. For the 
sake of example, I have many times witnessed the situation where several youngsters gather in 
internet club and instead of effective usage of the web, they discuss some improper topics using 
very bad and unacceptable language for their age. And it is very sad to know that some of them are 
being there avoiding school classes. Fighting against such things require every one of use to fully 
understand our social duties. In my opinion, children under the age of 15 years old should be 
restricted from the access to such kind of places and internal control should be reinforced. It is 
important to note that the fact that in any typical class of today’s classes there are about 35-40 
pupils studying in a single classroom which I consider to negatively impact the quality of their 
education. Because, today’s children are more self-aware, more knowledge-demanding than 
yesterday. They all should be attached individually and the overall mental and physical condition 
should be taken into consideration. It can be easily seen the cases of pupils going beyond standards 
of self-behavior (Deviant behavior in the language of psychologists) in middle schools nowadays. 
This kind of incident is caused by the lack of knowledge about biologic growth, irresponsibility of 
medical staff in the educational enterprises, especially, lack of proper literature about biologic and 
sexual maturity for teenagers and last but not least, lack of parental knowledge about physical and 
psychological growth. Making youth achieve greatness, understanding the truth (self-awareness 
and self-consciousness) and moreover, developing the feeling of patriotism are prime goals of 
today’s society. Because, nothing can overcome the person with clear mind and pure spirit. And in 
this case, mental condition plays a very important role. Our great ancestor, wise Jaloliddin Rumiy 
compared the body of a person to a horse and his mentality to the cavalcade

. That is why I 
consider it be a necessity to organize modules teaching the importance of mental health for school 
graduates.
It is very sad to see the suicide rates to skyrocket in recent years compared to past. 
Modern psychologists blindly arguing that the main the reason for increase in suicide rates is 
economic immaturity. But reality is often disappointing. The real reason behind the mental crisis 
is problems in their mental conditions. Illiteracy of parents, their lack of proper knowledge and 
important skills necessary to nurturing children, in one word, the fact that they are no longer 
reading and self-developing is causing such terrible and terrifying incidents. “We talk a lot about 
changing the mindset and overall outlook of people, enhancing their level of adequacy and literacy. 
But isn’t it a book which is the most basic yet the most influential method in doing so? I am sure
