Positive Mechanisms of Enhancing Productivity

Abstract:
 The article discusses the topics of creation of modern and proper system in nurture 
and education, importance of responsibility of parents and their collaboration with teachers, 
using foreign experience if tutoring, significance of national traditions and habits in nurturing.
 
Key words:
Innovation, development, education, nurture, healthy young generation, school, 
family, neighbourhood, community, international experience. 
Education and nurture are twin concepts which complete one another and can’t live without one 
another. It is also important to mention that idealism which is the purest and the most supreme 
trait, is shared via nurture and education. Of course, the idealism of a person is indicated by the 
level of his/her education and nurture. The very education and nurture present the basis of my 
both scientific and creative work. In recent years, on the same line with other spheres, many 
innovations are being made in the education sphere. As the priority in the policy of the country, 
decent part of the government budget is being spent to this very sphere which we cannot see in the 
policy of other countries and that is why it would not be an exaggeration to say that it is a special 
quality of Uzbek nation.
“The one important topic has always been under many discussions is politeness, behavior and 
overall outlook of our youth. The world is changing very fast. And who is most impacted by these 
changes around the globe? The answer is the youth. Let the youth be in balance with the 
requirements of their own time. But they should never forget their origins. They should always ask 
themselves questions such as, who are we, who are our ancestors? And how we can achieve this? 
Only way is through nurture, nurture and again nurture”

The above stated tasks place great responsibility on schools, families, neighborhoods and 
whole communities. Developments initiated by the government in all aspects of education: 
enhancing the system of pre-school, middle school, high schools and universities, construction of 
new buildings and reconstruction of old ones will undoubtedly have its impact on the development 
of young minds. As a result of above stated developments, the enhancement will be followed in 
educational system and along with joyfulness from the achieved results in science, the
