The category of case English nouns


Introduction
The present course paper deals with the study of the category of case of English nouns which presents a certain interest both for the theoretical investigation and for the practical language use. After Uzbekistan has gained its sovereignty and independence it started time to demonstrate and present the countries’ competitive abilities throughout the world. As the president of the republic of Uzbekistan confirms every time Our nation is never behind others. In the Uzbek language this sounds strongly as: ”Biz hech kimdan kam emasmiz, kam bo’lmaymiz ham”. These inspiring words bear more responsibility for us future English language teachers in the first place. To prepare students of high competence and with rich language skills demands from today’s teacher more responsibility and preparation. As the English language has become a universal language in Uzbekistan as well as throughout the world the educational system of Uzbekistan stepped into enhancing the system of teaching English as a foreign language in Uzbek schools and as a second language in Russian schools.(further EFL and ESL).The Presidential decree №1875-“On measures of improvement of learning foreign languages” makes contribution to a noteworthy development of teaching ESL and EFL in the educational establishments of Uzbekistan.(Presidential decree №1875,December 12, 2012). Logically connected with this another decree has followed which completes the implementation of the former.
According to the decree№1971 Uzbekistan State World Languages University will be the initial partner in implementing the Common European Framework of Reference system (CEFR) requirements for General English, Media English, English for translation and other use of English as for specific purposes (ESP).
The development of new teaching technologies and communication effects on teaching reading as proper understanding of professional competence and quality in communication is very important and up to date issue1.
Here the notable place is assigned to the general applied linguistics which carries responsibility for such social and scientifically important sphere of knowledge as lexicography textology dictionary methods of language raining, translation theory and so on.
The actuality of the investigation is explained on one hand by the profound interest to function of the case in the literary text and speech and other hand by the absence of widely approved analysis of grammatical categories from semantic, stylistic and structure points of view.
