ANNOTATION The state of mathematics course teaching in higher educational institutions in the field of chemical education was analyzed, problems were identified and proposals were developed. Correspondence was established between mathematical concepts and their interpretation in chemical sciences (derivative - the rate of a chemical process, integral, initial function - the distribution function of the residence time in streams and reactors, differential equation - a mathematical model of chemical and technological processes, chemical reactions, flow of particles in various devices hydrodynamic model, etc.); The importance of learning differential equations based on professional orientation in the field of chemical education was revealed based on the description of chemical processes and reactions (chemical reaction rate, half-life) by differential equations. The method of mathematical modeling in the study of differential equations in the field of chemical education based on professional orientation (the law of dissolution of substances in the pill, the law of the decomposition of the drug product in the human body, "Prey-prey" models, reaction problems, modeling of chemical processes, rectification of chemical products, absorption, crystallization , as an example of drying processes) implementation principles were proposed. The content of the professional orientation of the study of differential equations in the direction of chemical education was developed on the example of the topic "Differential equations with separable variables, homogeneous differential equations", the possibilities of using professional problems related to the field of chemistry, the possibilities of organizing independent work were improved.
