Overall it is clear that the Felix stone city was developed for population that was changed recreation areas despite having surrounded by see in there .

It is noticeable that in 1967, a high street was located in the middle of two shop and to the north west side of city , there was become golf course. There was farmland and by 2001, it was changed to indoor activities ( including as two tennis courts swimming pool and hotel ) for people. Furthermore, one of the shops had changed to apartments where is located to the north east side of city .

On the other hand, over time changes , to the south side of city ,there was almost changed purely to recreation areas . However, this side of city had more changed than other side. And there were green areas, dunes which was emerged because of sea. While the city centre had developed before there was hotel in there. In addition, market marine and fish market to made way little a hotel car park . Moreover the city centre had built public beach and expended with unchanged the hotel together. To the south east side of it private beach had erected instead of farmland. Wind turbines had being before having green areas expended in there.
