When speaking ab.the 2^nd item of the definitions,we should say that at first we check the 1^st item,then if the modifier can be either an Ob or an At,our choice depends on our opinion and is subjective.If the choice is very difficult to make,then maybe it is easier just to say that it is a sec.part of speech,not specifying which one=)))
