Incentives for local

CHAPTER 3. CALCULATION PROCEDURE
10. Proposals for determining incentive (additional) fees are studied by members of the working group (hereinafter referred to as the Working Group) established under the President's schools.
The working group with a composition of not less than 5 people is approved by the order of the Executive Director of the Presidential School. The Task Force's findings are submitted to the President's School Principal for an incentive payment order.
The minutes of the meeting of the members of the working group are held quarterly, and in special cases, when necessary.
A working group meeting is considered a quorum if at least 80% of working group members are present.
The decision on determining the amounts of incentive (additional) payments to employees is made by open voting of the members of the Working Group. The decision is taken with the participation of at least two-thirds of the voting (quorum) participants.
If the employment contract is terminated (except for cases where the employee has been dismissed due to violation of the law in his work), transfer to another job, and not working full time due to other circumstances, a one-time payment is paid in agreement with the Executive Director of the Presidential School.
Employees of the Presidential School may be paid other incentive payments provided by law and the collective agreement of the Presidential School.
