Topic: Doing sport/watching sport on TV

Doing sport in a gym is often very different from watching sport on TV. When you do sport in a gym or outside ,your health may improve and your brain stature with oxygen. Furthemore, it can consolidate your muscules movement and improve blood circulation. In addition, playing sports help you stay in shape , you learn how to distaibute you time , boosts friendship and builds relationships with your peers and adults. Sports play major part in improving our physical and mental fitness. On the other hand, when you watching sports on TV ,it is different experience.Simply put, watching any sport on TV or live is fun. It's something to get excited about and something to brag about to your friends and family. It's a great way to create an event at your home too, so you can all sit and shout at the TV. Plus, it's an excuse for a get-together with friends you haven't seen in a while.It is important doing sport every day and watching sport on TV just for fun.
