Scientific and practical significance of the research work. The scientific significance of the research results is justified by the fact that the results have a theoretical justification, the developed scientific proposals and practical recommendations can be used in research aimed at improving the practice of ensuring the economic sustainability of chemical industry enterprises.
The practical significance of the research is justified by the wide use of the proposals and recommendations developed in the dissertation to improve the economic sustainability of chemical industry enterprises, when making management decisions aimed at developing the industry, and also as a scientific resource in the development of textbooks and teaching aids in the subjects of “Industrial Economics”, “Economics of enterprises” and “Economic security” in the preparation of specialists in these areas, as well as in the preparation of other practical materials.
Implementation of the research results. Based on the obtained scientific results on improving the practice of ensuring the economic sustainability of chemical industry enterprises:
The scale for assessing the integral indicator of economic security in the corporate financial and economic diagnostics of chemical industry enterprises: «dangerous - from 0 to 0.40», «low - from 0.40 to 0.69», «medium - from 0.70 to 1, 0», «high - more than 1.1» the proposal was introduced into the production activities of enterprises within the joint-stock company «Uzkimyosanoat» by Order No. 105 of 2021 (ref. No. 03-2450 of the joint-stock company «Uzkimyosanoat» dated July 2, 2021). as a result, an assessment of the level of economic stability in Ferghanazot JSC and Navoiazot JSC was carried out, internal threats to it were identified and measures were developed to eliminate them;
In order to ensure the financial and economic sustainability of chemical enterprises, a proposal was made to create an “Economic Security Department” in the management structure by order No. - reference to the number in the production activities of enterprises within the joint-stock company “Uzkimyosanoat”. As a result of the implementation of the strategy in 2020, in 2020, the profit of the current period at Ferghanazot JSC increased by 28.1% compared to the previous year and amounted to 158,178 thousand soums. In 2020, the profit of the current period of Ferghanazot JSC increased by 19.7% compared to last year and amounted to 114,012 thousand soums;
the proposal to reduce state intervention in the chemical industry, attract foreign investment, and not increase the state’s share in the authorized capital of enterprises by 20% when creating new production capacities, is included in the Decree “On measures to develop the production of chemical products with high added value” (Reference No. 03-2450 dated July 2, 2021 of the joint-stock company «Uzkimyosanoat»). As a result of this proposal, it was determined that in 2021 the state's share in Navoiazot JSC will be 17.2%, and in Fergonazot JSC 18.7%;
Forecast indicators of the introduction of microsystems at the enterprises of Uzkimyosanoat JSC, the impact of the operational assessment of integral indicators on financial and economic sustainability until 2025 are included in the target program for the strategic development of the chemical and gas chemical industry of Uzbekistan until 2035 (Uzkimyosanoat joint-stock company 2021, registration number 03 -2450 from July). As a result of the implementation of this scientific innovation, adjustments were made to the target parameters for the strategic development of the chemical and gas chemical industry in Uzbekistan until 2035.
