The carried out experiments were regularly monitored. We observed that the qualities expressed in the above criteria were manifested in youths. Most importantly, we noticed that youths were increasingly interested in these events and their participation in them grew year by year (Figure 1).
The mechanism of determining the efficiency of the propaganda of national idea during the education process has not been yet substantiated scientifically and pedagogically. The current control system of social subjects is being used as the main criterion. Because providing the efficiency of the propaganda of national idea is mostly connected with the scientific and practical processes, and this is manifested in youths’ social relations, activities and approaches. Therefore, there was established an activity aimed at determining the criteria of ideological education taking into account the factors of increasing the efficiency of the

propaganda of national idea, youths’ peculiarities, characteristics and abilities (Figure 2).

In order to provide the efficiency of the propaganda of national idea, it is required to substantiate scientifically and pedagogically the qualities to be developed in youths. Relying on certain criteria determines the efficiency of the propaganda of national idea in the process of youths’ learning the origins and dictionary meanings of the concepts, which are the main indicators of ideological education, youths’ feeling the responsibility for the prosperity of the Motherland, valuing the heritage of the ancestors, learning the national values and traditions and reaching them to future generations, manifesting themselves as harmoniously developed individuals, being able to mobilize themselves for creational activities and mastering the qualities of dedication.


The criteria expressing the efficiency of the propaganda of national idea are determined taking into account the qualities mastered by youths. They are: showing proper respect and consideration for the Constitution, Laws and national symbols of the Republic of Uzbekistan; strong belief in building independent and prosperous country, free and abundant life; demonstrating great dedication and responsibility for the development of the Motherland; showing dedication on the way to peace of the country; showing courage on the way to abundance of the people; trying firmly to become harmoniously developed individuals; being resolute on the way to social cooperation; manifesting such high human features as friendship and fraternity on the way international solidarity; manifesting religious tolerance.
The efficiency of the propaganda of national idea is determined by youths’ social activities in the life of the society, how well they realized own duties and responsibilities before their Motherland, people, community, families, friends and themselves, and how well they are performing these honourable duties.
In the third chapter of the dissertation titled “Pedagogical mechanisms of providing the efficiency of the propaganda of national idea”, we made wide use of pedagogical factors, components and peculiarities of providing the efficiency of the propaganda of national idea, the conditions of organizing the pedagogical process, and pedagogical forms, means and methods of providing the efficiency.
The pedagogical and educational activities being carried out today by the movement are aimed at providing the harmony of the requirements put for the education of youths.
Thus, in order to facilitate the process of increasing the efficiency of the propaganda of national idea, we classified the methods of its realization during the research and substantiated scientifically and pedagogically the factors of ideological influence of “Kamolot” youths’ social movement on young people.
In the process of education, we relied on the improved educational programs containing the basics of knowledge on national idea, and paid considerable attention to regular modernization of SES, reviewing, renewing and enriching the prepared topical lectures taking into account the requirements of the time, as well as enriching the content of fundamental knowledge on the basis of ideological trends.
Adhering to the principles of consistency, continuity, systematicality and regularity in the activities of “Kamolot” youths’ social movement, establishing overall pedagogical processes in the propaganda of national idea and adhering to the principle of intensiveness in spiritual and educational activities served to substantiate scientifically and theoretically the components of pedagogical mechanisms allowing to increase the efficiency of the propaganda of national idea (Figure 3).
The educational events on increasing the efficiency of the propaganda of national idea were organized on the basis of the following principles:
the harmony of the ideas to be inculcated in youths’ mind in the process of educational events, their community with democratic and humanity principles and directedness to the aim of “building free and prosperous life”; correspondence of the content of events with the aims pursued on the way to the prosperity of the Motherland; public order, social cooperation; international solidarity; close connection of ideas of religious tolerance with social reality; relying on the power and possibilities of “Kamolot” youths’ social movement in achieving public well­being; establishing the main aims and tasks of educational events on the basis of the ideas aimed at developing mature human; the importance of taking into account youths’ pedagogical, psychological and individual features while carrying out pedagogical events directed to the propaganda of national idea; paying attention to

providing youths’ freedom and activities in the process of pedagogical events to be carried out; believing in youths’ power, paying attention to opening ways to show initiative; consistency, regularity and purposefulness of events; obtaining guaranteed results at the end pedagogical events.
