INTRODUCTION (abstract of PhD thesis)
The purpose of the research work is the creation
of one-piece injection
molded parts or parts with a polymer coating to increase the operational reliability
and efficiency of technological equipment for the primary processing of cotton.
The tasks of research:
to development of criteria for quantitative and
qualitative assessment of
mechanical damage to fibers and seeds based on the
analysis of the theoretical
foundations of multifactorial criterional prediction;
to effective use of the mathematical apparatus
and modern computer
technologies to ensure the reliability of research results;
to creation of technological molds for the manufacture
of pile parts for
breaking a cotton bundle from antifriction-wear-resistant
heterocomposite
polymeric materials;
to optimization of technological modes and
geometric parameters for
obtaining cast parts of machine working bodies from anti-friction-wear-resistant
heterocomposite polymer materials;
to implementation of research results and
assessment of technical and
economic efficiency.
