RESUME (abstract of the thesis of the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD))
The aim of the study is to develop scientific and practical recommendations for
improving the organizational and economic mechanisms
for the development of
cotton and textile clusters in Uzbekistan.
The object of the research is the organizational and economic activity of cotton
and textile clusters in Uzbekistan.
Scientific novelty of research consists in the following:
improved approach to the definition of the term "cotton-textile cluster" as a
production complex, which includes the process of deep processing in cooperation
with other economic entities, as well as the procedures and regulatory framework for
organizing the activities of the cotton-textile cluster, taking into account the features
of
the industry;
justified the economic feasibility of increasing the efficiency of lending to
cotton and textile clusters by reducing the loan term from
one to two years and the
interest rate by six percent (from 16% to 10%);
a methodology was developed to assess the effectiveness of the cotton-textile
cluster on a 100-rate scale, taking into account the approach
to foreign economic
activity and financial stability;
forecast indicators for the development of Bukhara Cotton Textile Cluster LLC
for 2022-2024 have been developed, based on increasing the efficiency of resources
employed in production.
