The object of the research are crushed coarse feed and their distribution devices and their working parts were taken.
The scientific novelties of the research are following:
a small-sized feed distribution device with a shovel rotor was developed to evenly distribute ground feed to livestock;
the parameters of the feed distribution device are based on the fact that the rotor blades push the feed in the required amount into the discharge chute and ensure their uniform discharge from the chute.
Implementation of the research results.
Based on the results of scientific and technical solutions of feed distribution equipment for small livestock farms:
the initial requirements and technical assignment for the feed dispenser for small livestock farms were developed and approved (reference No. 07/24-04/7310 of the Ministry of Agriculture on October 10, 2022). As a result, it was possible to create energy-efficient feed distribution devices for small farms.
a small feed distribution device was introduced in farms in Chirakchi district of Kashkadarya region and Gallaorol district of Jizzakh region (reference No. 07/24-04/7310 of the Ministry of Agriculture on October 10, 2022). As a result, mechanization of feed distribution process in small livestock farms and reduction of direct costs up to 1.7 times was achieved;
design and construction documents for mastering the production of coarse feed distribution devices were introduced into the production process at JSC "BMKB-Agpomash" (reference No. 07/24-04/7310 of the Ministry of Agriculture on October 10, 2022). As a result, it was possible to produce highly efficient devices used in the distribution of feed for small livestock farms.
The structure and volume of the thesis. The structure of the thesis consists of an introduction, five chapters, a conclusion, a list of references, and appendixes. The volume of the dissertation work is 116 pages.
