The aim of the research work. The aim of the dissertation is to develop 
scientific proposal and practical recommendations at improving theoretical, 
methodological and organizational principles of budgeting in management 
accounting.
The object of the research is the activity of the cotton processing plants that 
are part of the structure of the joint-stock company «Uzpakhtasanoat».
