This code applies to all employees, doctoral students and students of the branch.

Article 4. The main principles of the behavior of employees, doctoral students and students of the branch
This code is based on the principles of legality, the priority of rights, freedoms and legal interests of citizens, patriotism, loyalty to the duty of service and study, justice, honesty and impartiality, efficiency and economy.
Article 5. The principle of legality
Employees, doctoral students and students of the branch strictly comply with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and fulfill their service and study obligations in accordance with the job instructions, employment contracts, the provisions of this code, the internal procedures of the branch and other regulatory documents related to education they do accordingly.
Article 6. The principle of priority of rights, freedoms and legal interests of citizens
The highest value of the branch is the rights, freedoms and legal interests of citizens. They do not allow violations of the rights, freedoms and legal interests of Employees, doctoral students and students of the branch, and in the case of such violations, it is helped to restore them.
Article 7. The principle of loyalty to the duty of patriotism, service and study
Employees, doctoral students and students of the branch carry out their study and service activities based on spiritual and moral values, loyalty to the Motherland, loyalty to the duty of service and study, expressing the society's demand and trust to the branch. Employees, doctoral students and students perform their study and service duties properly, regardless of their interests and ideological views.
Article 8. The principle of justice, honesty and impartiality
Based on the requirements of this principle, the employees, doctoral students and students of the branch should be fair, honest and impartial in the implementation of their service and study activities, and all legal entities and individuals who apply to the branch, its sites and social networks must be related according this principle.
