Article 15. Observance of work and study time
Employees, doctoral students and students are obliged to come and go to work and classes on time, strictly follow work and study discipline.
Article 16. Prohibition of unethical and inappropriate behavior in the branch
It is strictly forbidden to engage in the following unethical and improper actions that interfere with the employee's work at the branch, as well as the study of a doctoral student and student:
- committing any offense or crime, including defamation, insult;
- consumption and distribution of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their analogues, alcohol and tobacco products;
- aggression against peace or tranquility, fighting, gambling and playing other games based on risk;
- causing material and moral damage to the branch that negatively affects its business reputation;
- causing physical, moral or material harm to employees, doctoral students and students;
- to pollute the territory of the branch, the environment of the educational institution in any way;
- drinking alcohol and smoking tobacco or other types of products and being drunk in the buildings and yard of the branch, educational institution, as well as in the area adjacent to them, growing hair and beard contrary to the appearance and the rules established by this code, until arriving undressed and not complying with the dress code;
- preparing information that does not belong to the institution, as well as various movies, illegal information, obscene photos and films, any materials that promote national, racial, ethnic, religious enmity, extremist, separatist and fundamentalist sentiments on computers belonging to the branch, etc. access, storage, distribution and invitation to them;
- committing actions that interfere with training and work and the tranquility of employees and students (unintended use of radio transmitters, televisions, multimedia and sound devices);
- placing materials on the Internet and other social networks or using them for malicious purposes, which are not typical of universal and national values ​​or damage the reputation of the higher education institution and its employees;
- aggression by employees, doctoral students and students, which lowers the working reputation, value and prestige of the branch, leads to moral violation of the educational process, degrades the honor and dignity of people, rape and brutality, vandalism, incitement of inter-ethnic conflict. Use and distribution of photos, videos and audio recordings that are offensive, religious, terrorism, extremism and fundamentalism, as well as obscene and romantic scenes.
Information in various forms that negatively affects the honor and dignity of the state authorities and management bodies and branch activities, its employees, doctoral students and students, as well as business reputation, which is untrue, unfounded and not based on verified evidence, the appearance (disclosure) of thoughts, opinions and attitudes on the Internet, social networks, as well as mass media and other sources, distributors, carriers, and positive reactions to such information ("like", "repost") and it is considered as an unethical and inappropriate behavior that prevents the doctoral student from studying and the employee from working in the branch.
